Every oil has a slightly different scent. Even if its from the same plant. Change the manufacturer, change the batch, even change the season, the time of harvest, how the oil has been stored, it will likely change some of the olfactory notes inside the oil. If now we go ahead and start mixing a bunch of oils together, it gets even more complicated. That's why at PlantaExquis we have developed a system to offset such irregularities.
If you have a certain recipe in mind, or you like one of ours, we will work with you. With your order, starting from certain base quantities, you will have the option to have us create several samples for you to choose from for your final product, which will all be composed from the same underlying formulation but with slightly varying ratios and notes. We will send them out to you by air mail, meaning you will be able to sit with them, let them unfold and comfortably choose the right composition for your product of product range.
Three Sample Option
With your order for your scented product we give you the option to have three samples made from scratch for you, following your chosen recipe but with slight variations in composition. This will allow you to get exactly the notes and preparation you want for your product.
Custom Scents
Don't see your recipe on our website. Not to worry, we will work with you. We can nearly source any oil in its purest quality for your required product. We love new creations and new challenges. Our whole team will work on your product, be it raw or fully finished.
Custom Dilutions
You want your scent in a carrier oil? Or better inside a shampoo or detergent? As a perfume, eau de toilette, body spray or maybe something else? Or do you want us to send you the scent concentrate alone so you can further process it yourself? All is possible, just talk to us, we will make it happen.
