Updated: Aug 23, 2023

If you want your essential oil nutraceutical formula to have a special medicinal edge and to potentially provide additional benefits, you can add on certain fat soluble orthomolecular compounds.

FAT SOLUBLE NUTRACEUTICAL ADD-ONS

Only fat soluble compounds can be added on to liquid essential oil blends. Here is a list of all fat soluble compounds that can be utilised.

Remember, while these fat-soluble compounds can provide benefits when taken as supplements, it's important to follow recommended dosages and consult with a healthcare professional before adding new supplements to your routine. Overconsumption of certain fat-soluble vitamins, for example, can lead to toxicity. According to the planned formula we will adjust dosages accordingly.

VITAMIN A

VITAMIN D

Vital for bone health, immune system support, and overall well-being.

VITAMIN E

These include EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which are essential for brain health, heart health, and reducing inflammation.

BETA CAROTENE

A precursor to vitamin A, it's converted to vitamin A in the body as needed. It's known for its antioxidant properties and potential benefits for skin health.

UBIQUINOL

The reduced form of CoQ10, it's involved in energy production and can have cardiovascular and antioxidant benefits.

VITAMIN E - TOCOTRIENOLS

A form of vitamin E with antioxidant properties that may support heart health and overall well-being.

PHYTOSTEROLS

Plant-derived compounds that are structurally similar to cholesterol and may help lower cholesterol levels and support cardiovascular health.

VITAMIN K2

This form of vitamin K is important for bone health and helps regulate calcium in the body.

MCT Oil (Medium-Chain Triglycerides)

A type of fat that's easily digested and can be used for quick energy. It's often used in ketogenic diets.

VITAMIN F (Essential Fatty Acids)

This includes omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, which play a role in skin health, inflammation regulation, and overall lipid balance.
